16 March 2020"It's probably my worst Hotel experience ever and for what we paid for...The shower facility is shocking, to go to reception and be told to leave to water open for 10-15 minutes for hot water, then only it becomes low warm with barely enough pressure to take a shower...The next morning again probably left it open 20min+, couldn't even take a shower because the water was still cold and then be told its because its the ground floor!!!I never rant about anything but will never in my life set foot there or refer anyone there!!! This is Charlene's husband that gave the review because we not people to rant, but this was appalling"

09 March 2014"I arrived at the hotel late in the afternoon and there was a misunderstanding regarding the number of people that can be accommodated in a single room. That was subsequently sorted out and we were moved to Room 202. I have never had a horrible stay at any hotel until last night. The carpet was filthy and the smell was unbearable, you had indicated that you have white sheets and towels but all i found was cream white to brown sheets and towels. I am certain that the standard of service that the hotel offers is not of a three star establishment as required by the Tourism Grading Authority at least from our room(202)'s point of view. I am highly disappointed your service, i checked out first thing this morning and did not even stay for breakfast."
