Angeliersbosch Guest House is a luxurious self-catering guest house situated on a farm in the beautiful Prince Albert Valley, just a short drive from Prince Albert. The farm is great for jogging, cycling and walking.
The tastefully decorated house accommodates up to eight guests, maximum 6 adults, and features three bedrooms; two with double beds and the third room with two single beds. The sunroom has 2 single beds that interleads to the main bedroom - which is suitable for children. The house contains two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath and shower. All linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering. Air-conditioning provides a breeze in summer, whilst a fireplace ensures warm and cosy nights in winter. A patio with braai facilities and swimming pool completes this magnificent Karoo gem. Some firewood is provided and additional firewood is available for sale.
Relax with a bottle of our Fernskloof wine whilst looking out towards the magnificent mountains and vineyards - the beautiful sunsets should be the cherry on top.
"On arrival we received a warm welcome and was shown to our private and spacious home during our stay. Everything was very clean and neat with a large patio entertainment area complete with built in braai. The peace and quiet was just what we needed with magnificent star gazing opportunities. We thoroughly enjoyed the organic wine made on the estate. Prins Albert is less than 15 km away and Angeliersbosch Guest House is our new "first choice" when visiting the area."
"Expectations were exceeded by this lovely well equipped, comfortable and clean cottage. Our host Amelia was welcoming and friendly. The perfect place to relax with lovely walks, spectacular views and close enough to Prince Albert to go for a meal or wander the town."
"Angeliersbosch was above our expectations, we would rate it 5 stars and highly recommend it. Perfect location for exploring , Meiringspoort, the Swartberg Pass , Prince Albert, wine tasting, also nearby olives and cheese , there are too many activities to mention, need a few days at least. Hope to return when fortunate enough to be in the area again."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay in this incredible guest house. Definitely the cream of the crop - everything was tastefully decorated with the most gorgeous fresh flowers everywhere and the main bedroom had the most comfortable bed ... ever!!! We loved the large veranda and undercover braai area. The kitchen is better than I have a home - it was just perfect. I can really recommend this guest house with confidence and will definitely be returning for a longer stay in the near future. Thank you to our most gracious hosts"
"We stayed at Angeliersbosch Guest house for two nights and wished we had stayed for longer. It is absolute delight! There is everything one could wish for! Highly recommended."
"What a super place to stay! Beautifully appointed and in the most beautiful garden too. They very generously supply good quality coffee, tea and milk.A comfortable, easy drive 17kms outside Prince Albert on the Prince Albert Valley road. The plentiful accomodation with lots of space to chill makes it worth the drive which is scenic too. Lots of wineries in the area and also close enough to Meiringspoort and de Rust. Meiringpoort drive an absolute must.Highly recommended all round. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Pam Gore"
