Brooms Estate Lodge is a luxury self-catering villa situated at the renowned Princes Grant Coastal Golf Estate in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. A short stroll through the forest will take you down to the beach. This is a perfect family location, offering activities for everyone including beach walks, golf, tennis, squash, spa treatments, and a restaurant at the Princes Grant main lodge for those days you dont feel like cooking. There is also a variety of activities for children in the area and a selection of great restaurants and shopping malls. The villa is ideally located, with spectacular views of the estuary and ocean, and comprises four en-suite bedrooms, a kid's dormitory and an outside suite above the garage. The house accommodates 8 guests comfortably and a further 2 adults and 4 children at an extra rate of R500. per night. Features include an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, which leads onto a wooden deck with beautiful views. In addition, there is a pool which will surely keep you relaxed and happy on those hot summer days. Ideal for a group or family, the Maximum capacity - Self-catering House and outdoor suite can sleep a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children 12 years and younger.

"Really enjoyed the location. The unit needs a bit of upgrading. The golf cart was broken, the furniture needs to be upgraded as it is swollen from moisture. There is also a damp problem which needs to be rectified especially in the bathrooms."

"We had a lovely stay and just loved every minute of it. I do think they can invest in flat screens as the TV's are really old an not clear. Also some of the appliances you need a tool to operate. Just a bit of upgrades needed."

"The house is very nice and spaceous.The pool is nice but to our disappointment the jacuzzi did not work. The water was cold the whole time.Looking forward to visiting the place again with another group of friends."
