House Holtzhausen

House Holtzhausen is a lovely double-storey self-catering house surrounded by coastal bush, situated on the Princes Grant Golf Estate. The house is set between the sea and the 15th fairway, and is a mere two minute walk from the beach entrance. Princes Grant offers a magnificent 18-hole championship golf course with the ocean as a backdrop, and spectacular scenery.

The house is on two levels, and therefore is not recommended for small children or those who struggle with stairs. The house can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, and comprises four air-conditioned double en-suite bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen, and a dining area that leads out through sliding doors to a wooden deck.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The spacious lounge area leads out through glass sliding doors to a deck with lovely sea and lagoon views. Weber-braai facilities are provided.
