  "I loved that the bnb is close to the beach and also its clean and quite, I wish they can improve by having remotes for gates than calling house keeper every time you want to go out."

  "I am not sure how you can list this property. When we got there we were horrified. The building is run down, surrounded by 2m+ wall and looks seedy. My wife refused to even go in. So we have to find alternative accommodation. The general area did little to inspire confidence."

  "We stayed at the accommodation for half iron man. There were minor issues with the Accommodation such as the shower door missing and holes in the hand towels. Apart from the above the room was clean and we will return due to the close proximity of the accommodation to the start of iron man."

  "Horrible, never again will I allow myself to waist my money on such a lousy so called B&B...smelly wardrobes, broken toilet seats,rats running all over, sharing one iron and ironing board. Not a place to stay in."

  "We stayed at Rose Bella on a busy weekend (full occupancy on Sat night). Sadly this meant that we were given a room that is probably not often used. It was small with a double bed (not queen-sized as promised), frayed pillow cases, a holey bathmat, peeling paint, a broken toilet seat and at least one flea (which I only caught on day 3, many bites later). Other rooms did look much better but I wouldn't be willing to risk staying there again."

  "We stayed at Rose Bella for Ironman 70.3 and were quite disappointed with the condition of the place. Shower doors broken, hardly any of the toilets had seats and some of the bedding and curtains were soiled. It seems as though it was nice at some point but currently in a terrible state of disrepair, perhaps the management could do something about this. The rooms are quite spacious though."
