It is a ground floor unit, with a garden, patio and braai. There is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms. The unit is well equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. This is a great breakaway home from home.This self-catering unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living area has comfortable seating and a TV with a DStv decoder; guests will need to bring their own smart card. Guests can enjoy meals at the dining table or kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven and a stove; we provide all cutlery and crockery. There is a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The living room leads out onto a patio and grassed area.The apartment complex has electrified fencing and an automated gate. It also offers a swimming pool and braai facilities. Ramsgate and Margate beaches are all less than 2 km away to either side.

13 January 2016"I can't rate Kuta Beach no.4 because we never ever got to stay there. Did the booking, payed in full then we were informed by the agent that the owner himself desided 3 days before WE must leave on holiday that he himself wants to go.we said that we struggled to get accommodation and already paid, he then replied that we do not have any choise as the owner is already on his way on holiday. They payed our money back and said that we must start looking for something else."

22 April 2014"Hi, this was my worst holiday experience to date, on arrival to Kuta beach 4, someone defecated in the Loo & didnt flush.There wasnt water for about 3hours,there were massive cockroaches in the kitchen cupboards.On arrival & departure, there was no inventory check done, & on my drive back home, my spouse received a call From Chrisna {the agent}Accusing us of burn marks on a table, which just added to my frustration, {this seemed like a lame excuse to withhold my deposit}as she was TOTALLY full of utter bull, as we left the place with absolutelyNo damage whatsoever, this so called agent didnt even have the decency to apologize.I would never ever recommend this place to anyone,due to the pathetic service delivery."
