Claridge Heights

Situated in the heart of the quaint seaside village of Ramsgate, Claridge Heights is a Art-Deco style apartment block.

It is nestled on the banks of a tranquil lagoon with gorgeous views of Ramsgate's Blue Flag beach and the ocean beyond.

The spacious apartment has three bedrooms sleeping seven guests. Two bedrooms have double beds and one has three single beds. The double rooms are sun filled with wonderful views and one of them has a television. They share a bathroom that has a bath. The triple room has no views but has an en-suite with a large shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped for day to day needs. The kitchen includes a washing machine. The kitchen adjoins a comfortable lounge with flat screen television, a DVD player and DStv with the Family bouquet.

The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering and all linen is provided, excluding beach and bath towels. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival but is not serviced daily, unless by prior arrangement.

The unit does not have a balcony but there are covered communal braai facilities below the unit in the complex gardens.

The complex is set behind secure remote controlled gates and there is garage parking for one vehicle, with additional open and guest parking available.

With the beach and a wide selection of pubs and eateries just a stroll away a car is hardly needed/. For the younger at heart Margate, just five minutes away, offers nightclubs and seasonal entertainment while within a twenty minute drive the area offers a plethora of adventure and family activities.
