Rayvin 7 is a two-bedroom self-catering apartment, situated in an upmarket and well-maintained complex. The complex is a mere 100 m stroll to Ramsgate main beach, which is popular for its tidal pools and its lagoon for paddling, boating and canoeing. You can relax and spend the day soaking up the sun or splashing in the waves.
Unit No. 7 comprises two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen and balcony. Linen is provided. The first bathroom includes a corner bath and the second bathroom, a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a four-plate stove, microwave, fridge-freezer and a washing machine. The comfortable lounge also contains a TV with open view .
The apartment has a spacious balcony with lovely sea views and braai facilities. A secure carport is provided and there is plenty of extra parking, if required. Complex also has JOJO tanks for water supply if needed.

"Disgusting accomodation"
04 January 2017"This accommodation was absolutely disgusting. I am still waiting for the owner to call me so I can personally tell him how he robbed us of our hard working money. This accommodation is not worth the R2000.00 per day fee. Below are some of the few issues we had:<br/>The cupboard doors in one bedroom were falling off or missing. <br/>Kitchen equipment or the lack there of was in poor condition and grubby.<br/>Cupboard doors falling off the hinges.<br/>The windows were filthy<br/>Curtain torn in the lounge, curtains hung back to front in the one bedroom<br/>The couches are dirty, torn and badly worn in- we had to cover it with a throw in order to sit on it.<br/>The one bathroom is covered in mould and filthy, also missing shower door. Floors filthy and disgusting- could not allow my children to walk around barefoot.<br/>The mattresses are soft and poor quality, bedding had holes in it.<br/>The veranda was filthy- braai was left filthy - never cleaned. <br/>"

"Needs a bit work"
12 October 2015"The flat was smelling of cigarette smoke, the shower door is broken, the windows has not been washed for a long time, the lounge suite is so dirty we had to use the plastic chairs to sit on, the mattresses is old and needs to be replaced, no toilet paper when we arrived. I asked the owner if there is DSTV and if I must bring my own decoder but he failed to reply and I know why, there is no DSTV dish! Over all the place needs a lot of TLC...<br />"
