Ramsgate 70 is a three bedroom apartment, situated on the second floor of an upmarket and very well maintained security complex, surrounded by luscious tropical growth. The views from two of the bedrooms, from the kitchen, from the lounge and from the balcony is simply breathtaking. Weber-style braaier on balcony. Ceiling fans. Swimming pool and several open air braai areas in security complex. Safe, undercover parking. Laundry in complex.
Unlimited Wifi.
Netflix and YouTube on offer.
The complex is right next to the Ramsgates Blue Flag beach. The Blue Flag is an international award for exceptional standard in the cleanliness of the sea-water, beach environment and ablution facilities, coupled with eco-friendliness, life guards on duty around the clock, ample parking areas as well as the convenience of close-by caf and restaurants, all adding up to a very favourable dispensation for beach-goers. Only a handful of beaches in SA has received this award to date.
The well-known Waffle House is a mere 300 meters stroll from the complex.
The two major shopping centres of Margate is only 2 km away whilst the Shelley Shopping Centre , 10 km away, offers a really nice shopping experience with plenty of restaurants and movie theatres .

"A secure and comfortable unit with great views. The beach is close by and easy to get to but a killer getting back up the hills and steps. Vehicle parking is also very difficult between two pillars. Other than that, the weather was good with dolphin sightings from the balcony as well. The beach and lagoon area is well kept, clean and safe. Ramsgate is a nice place to be! "

"Very nice unit - a bit uncomfortable with the stairs all over, from parking to flat and to beach & back. Difficult for bigger vehicles to get into the assigned parking space - between two pillars - a very tight fit. Liked the security fencing and gates - made us Gautengers feel quite at home ! Saw some whales from balcony - exciting - nice view."

"We had a wonderful stay and will most certainly recommend this unit! The unit was well equipped and we lacked nothing, and the view was awesome - what a pleasure to go to bed at night listening to the sound of the waves, and to wake up with the same beautifull sound! God willing, we would like to come back again next year July!"
