Irv's Place

Irvs Place is a stones throw away from the beach and a superb location for a beachside escape. The house has five bedrooms, all with ceiling fans and built-in cupboards.

Of the five bedrooms, three have en-suite bathrooms and there is an additional shared bathroom for the others. The lounge and dining area is spacious and opens onto a covered veranda. The lounge is equipped with a TV and is set up for DStv; guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card.

The fully fitted kitchen has all you need to cook your delicious meals. Off of the kitchen is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble-dryer and a secure storeroom with extra fridge space.

The house is fully fenced and has an alarm system. There is also a double garage for guests. A housekeeper stays on the property and will assist with cooking and cleaning. Guests need to reimburse her for her services on a daily basis.

Irvs Place is a stroll away from the ocean where guests can swim, surf and canoe as much as time allows. There is a golf course, tennis courts and a bowling green for those looking for a land-based activity.
