Manuelina 1 is a comfortable and secure double-story house situated in Ramsgate. Ramsgate is located on the mouth of a river, known for the bubbles caused by strong currents making it look as if the water is boiling.

The house consists of three bedrooms with ceiling fans, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable open-plan living area with a TV and ceiling fans, a private patio with a built-in braai unit and a double garage with direct access into the house. The house has an alarm system and burglar bars as well as remote-control access for the electronic front gate.

Ramsgate is a quaint seaside village on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, situated about 4 km south of Margate. For the nature lover, there are a number of nature reserves in the vicinity of Ramsgate. Some, like the Oribi Gorge Nature Reserve, offer spectacular views and a wide variety of bird species.
