Braai areas are available on the private patios and one of the flats has access to a garage.The largest of the flats is an eight-sleeper duplex with four bedrooms and two bathrooms with an alarm system, while the other flat has two bedrooms and one bathroom, both these units have burglar bars and trellidoors. There is safe and secure parking inside property secured by beams and an electric gate. The property is fully walled with an established garden. DSTV cheaper option is available and can be upgraded to premium package, if required.With the year-round sub-tropical climate, these flats are perfect for a holiday breakaway at any time of the year.

"The Sea views were beautiful! Close to the beach and other beaches close by. The mattresses in second bedroom is ok for children but not very comfortable for adults. Overall it was comfortable, kitchen was well kitted out, sufficient for our needs. Thank you"

"It's a very nice unit to stay, it's quite and the owner and the permanent renter is very helpful and friendly, I will recommend this unit for any body that wants to enjoy nature and die sea, you can view the sea from this unit and just relax on the patio. See you soon for my next visit."

"We had a great holiday during December and the sea view from the patio was just amazing. Ramsgate beach house was comfortable, neat and we had a relaxing stay while there and with everything needed in the house. The bed rooms were spacious and lovely and also had a sea view from the lounge and just a short walk to the beach.we will recommend it to everyone to stay there and we will definitely stay there again.we would like to thank Sunette for everything."

"We had a wonderful holiday. The house is seriously a short walk to a non crowded beach, wonderful for flying kites and looking for crabs and fish in the rocks. The balcony area was utilised the most when braaing in the afternoons and watching the ocean. The snooker room was a hit. The children even played during the hot, sunny days when a much needed break was needed from the hot hot sun. Thank you Sunette and Schalk!"

"The stay was like any other holiday home. Suit our purpose. I got a few recommendations: 1. This house need a dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer. These are a necessity. 2. The top balcony need to be baby/ child proof. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay at Ramsgate beach house. It is central to all the activities. We will definitely stay again there."
