  "Peter, the establishment owner, is very friendly, helpful and his accommodation is comfortable and safe. it is 3 minutes away from Margate beach and the Waffle House which is a bonus. There are many shops, Spar, Pharmacy, nursery, restaurants and a small mall should the day be a rainy one. It was a great and enjoyable holiday."

  "Surf and Sand is in perfect location, and the sea view is spectacular. It was not too difficult to find the place but I think the Signage with the number (199) in the gate is rather small. One can easily miss it. The place is perfect and there is nothing that needs to be changed. The host, Peter was very helpful. I will definitely consider it on my next visit to the South Coast."

  "<p>quite honestly I was not impressed at the place.</p><p>Nobody came to welcome us when we arrived I had to phone to be let in no problem. I was told that the keys were <g class="gr_ gr_16 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="16" data-gr-id="16">under</g> the carpet outside the front door. I battled with trying to open the door for about half an hour. I was told by the owner over the phone to do certain things to open the door. The place was filthy inside the stove was full of dirty oil and grime. The floors were not cleaned the bath was dirty and the alarm clock was as dirty as can be the rooms have not bee aired. It was impossible to sleep in the bedroom as the dampness and mould were coming through the walls. The furniture <g class="gr_ gr_23 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="23" data-gr-id="23">have</g> seen better days and in need of a good wash. The TV PROGRAMS WERE NONE EXISTING thank goodness for having taken my laptop and hard drive.</p><p>this place has a lot of potential but needs quite a bit of <g class="gr_ gr_18 gr-alert gr_spell gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="18" data-gr-id="18">tlc</g> that is lacking.   "Our stay at Surf and Sand was really amazing I would definitely go there again we had a breath taking view. Obly issue was the parking arrangements but that was soon sorted out. We enjoyed it to the max."

  "Overall we had an amazing time! Breakerview was stunning! The owner was so kind as to upgrade us (we booked Kingfisher) as the suite was empty. We did however have to wait 40min to be let in when we arrived, even though we were exactly on time. Also, 4 days later I have still not received my deposit back."

  "Hi, We did not enjoy our stay at Surf and Sand. The unit was dirty and unkept,the electical system is faulty and kept tripping and we had to get someone to reset the trip switch in another apartment,the T.V stopped working. The parking area was congested and the driveway is very steep so we had to use the hand rail but the hand rail is unsecure and tied up with wire. I am very dissappointed with the accommodation."
