  "The first impression of the place is not too good. The path to the room is very confusing. No direction signage. The floor of the wooden house/room was very uneven. There is no bin in the toilet/bathroom, the toilet spray bottle was terribly dirty, shower curtain filthy dirty and the toilet is stained. The bed, however, was very comfortable.<br/><br/>Establishments response: <br/><br/>Good day<br/> <br/>Thank you for your review.<br/>We apologise for any inconveniences experienced.<br/>We would like to address your complaints as follows:<br/> <br/>We do not have signage as we have 9 chalets in a semi-circle with one way in and one way out.We do however take time to check in each guest personally and walk them to their assigned rooms to limit confusion.<br/> <br/>We appreciate your recommendations for the wooden floors and bathroom. We are in the midst of renovations of the wooden flooring.<br/>If our bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard we apologise, but on inspection we did see a bin in the bathroom so on this point perhaps this was a misunderstanding.While we can always do better we do feel that terribly dirty is an unfair assessment of the shower. The toilet was cleaned but the borehole water causes stains that is difficult to remove. Our staff is always on call, if this was not on standard, we would have happily came in and cleaned it for you again.<br/> <br/>Once again we thank you for taking the time to make suggestions.<br/> <br/>Kind regards,"
