"Nice setting. Efficient, reliable transport. Breakfast good.A bath mat in the bathroom, and two towels in the double room would be good."

"Doves nest is a lovely place to stay. My wife and I had a very good stay. One thing though that the management should consider is putting somebody at the reception who know about the systems. I was slightly embarrassed when I was told on my arrival on Saturday night that I will have to pay again since my payment to SafariNow was indicated in the system, even after I showed the receptionist my confirmation e-mail. I am glad that this was cleared the next morning by day staff."
"We had a bit of an inconvenient experience here. First, during check in, they had the wrong booking information and wanted me to pay the full amount, even though I had already paid a deposit through Safarinow.com. That took quite a while to sort out. Next, we had booked a "family room", as we were 3 guests, and the room we were given was clearly a conference/meeting space where they had just put three single beds in. Second, there was no normal hotel furniture such as a chair/couch, dresser or table, just a couple of night tables. The bathroom light was broken, and the room was very cold so they needed to bring in plug-in heaters. Third, we went out for dinner, and when we arrived, the front desk staff had left for the night, locking the front door, and so we could not get in to our room (it was not a separate entrance). The shuttle driver from the hotel luckily was able to find a key after 5 minutes of searching. In the morning, we had breakfast, which was good, and the manager did not charge us for the use of the shuttle. Overall, we were comfortable, but we would have liked a proper room."
