"I really loved my time away. Everything was just right. But to be totally frank, I do think that it is priced just a bit too much. The cottage is more on the rustic side (which is fine - it suits me), but then one cannot be expected to pay R1400 per night."

"We were looking for a place where we could clutch out from the city, spend some time together and God. As we entered the space we fell in love with it, all was thought about- from the notes and equipment of how to deal with the baboons to the candles and provided, it was well thought through. Of course the pool, outside shower, stoep and fire places were incredible. Thank you for making it special!"

"Pepper Tree cottage was great in every respect, we just missed a bit of sunshine - the pepper tree has grown to the extent that the house/patio/pool gets almost no sun (from April) - I'm sure a trim can sort that out!"

"Accommodation is private, secluded and peaceful in a pretty valley with mountain walks available. It is equipped with all the basic things one needs for a quiet get away. We would choose to stay at one of the newer cottages if we would return."

"We loved our stay in Quince Cottage. It's nestled in the mountain foothill, beautiful views, and very private. Sitting on the veranda you look at the mountain, loads of birds, and bumble bees in the flowers. The cottage is well equipped, super comfortable, everything works well, fantastic plunge pool. Liked the place so much we skipped extra wine tasting and just soaked up Tierhoek. Also - if you like music - the CD player has a USB port, which was nice."

"Wow, what a fantastic hideaway, and less than 90 mins from Cape Town. Stone Cottage provides absolute privacy for 2 people in a comfortable well equipped chalet with indoor and outdoor fireplaces and a plunge pool just off the patio. A great place for some spiritual healing."

"Tierhoek is an AWSOME getaway, just to relax and recharge those batteries. I loved the view and the Baboons that played in the dam early Sunday Morning, just to think this ultimate and secluded getway is only 120 KM from CPT. Tierhoek will be seeing me again and again very soon."
