  "The geyser leaked. The fridge made a constant noise. The chalets need to be modernised. The bathroom window had clear glass and anyone outside could see right in."

  "The place is decent and has a nice pool and cool hiking trails. We found the little streams and it was great. We came to camp and the camping areas are good. The hosts there didn't really welcome us with a fuss or bother us too much during our stay.<div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div>There are a lot of day visitors though and we had workers watering the trees in the camping area on most days so it wasn't as quiet as we would have liked but worth visiting.</div>"

  "Watch the peacock which attacks cars, or her own shadow seen on a car. I ended up with some tiny dents on mine. Pool area seemed to have an unfriendly smell."

  "We camped at Bergheim for the weekend and loved it! The ablution blocks were clean the facilities and camp sites were clean and the views were stunning. I rate this resort a 7.5 out of 10."

  "The place need to be renovated. The information is not true, I booked a 2 bedroomed chalet with 2 couches at the lounge a they said on the internet but when arriving there is nothing like that, it is 1 bedroom with 4 bd and another one with double bed no lounge. Furniture is so old, water so duty, its not worth it really, I don't understand whether those chalet are mad of zinc or is it zozo. Service is very poor how can we sleep with 1 white sheets for the whole week in a resort."

  "Clean and pleasant surroundings although chalet in need of a little TLC. Alsatian dog needs to be kept under control as can be quite frightening when it approaches barking wildly. Reasonable value for money."

  "Nothing could have prepared us for this. The 4 star rating completely misled us into paying a deposit. On arrival we walk in and straight out - it was disgusting.1.The toilet is next to the kitchen and was unclean and left unflushed.2. The kitchen is falling to pieces with equipment and furniture looking like it is from a junkyard.3.The across-the-counter shop sells to the local community with people traipsing in front of unit 7."

  "Our unit was clean and neat but some basics were not in place. There was not enough toilet paper or blankets.The power went out and while there were candles and lanterns there were no matches.Our stay was disappointing."
