  "12 on Beach has become like a second home to us this past 2 years. It is conveniently located, easy to find and extremely private. No hassles with checking in, a rare method they follow, that we have seen at no other establishment. The owners really make you feel included and, at one instance, have gone out of their way to help us in a situation that arose. To top it all, it is clean and has modern finishes. Our first choice everytime!!"

  "I was expecting just to have a clean bed for the night , instead it was a little bit of luxury! The self contained unit was extremely comfortable. Ideal spot for a couples get away. If we are in that part of the world again , I don't think that I would consider going elsewhere."

  "Had such a lovely time. The location of the accommodation is great, not only is it a few steps from the beach but close to nice restaurants and convenience shops. The hosts were so lovely; room was really nice and contained everything needed for self-catering; the outside braai area is a plus as well. Will definitely return at a later stage. With regards to parking it is a bit of a tight squeeze but other than that, had a lovely stay."

  "From the minute I arrived at 12 on beach, I felt like I was at home. Joyce and Estie went out of their way to make my stay more than enjoyable, always willing to go above and beyond for all their guests! The rooms are beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the food was outstanding and the atmosphere was so blissful that I never wanted to leave. I enjoyed it so much, I went back the following week for a second holiday! 12 on beach is by far THE best guest house I've ever stayed at and the only guest house I'll go to in Saldanha!! Thank you for 2 wonderful weeks and I'll definitely be returning in the new year!"

  "The rooms are very beautiful and the fixtures are luxurious, but the small, detailed touches to the accommodation were lacking. It would have been really nice to maybe have an electric blanket on the bed, instead of the overly-luxurious and beautiful fixtures. Our biggest complaint, which actually soured the stay, was the fact that the shower water was merely lukewarm and this small detail will have the result that we will not make use of this guesthouse again, or indeed recommend it to anyone else. It's the details that make a stay comfortable."
