Reviews

  • "A convenient location."

    07 October 2019

"It was really convenient for our planned outings to the Nature reserve. The house was clean and tidy and the hosts were welcoming. The room was, unfortunately, a little cramped and took a beating from the early morning sun. Breakfast needed a little more care and imagination in the cooking. Port Edward is also not a good place for restaurants."

"When we arrived there was nobody at home. We tried unsuccessfully to call the listed numbers. Eventually we called the security company who got hold of the owners, who then arrived 10 minutes later. Tv minute and placed too high to view. The Hosts were friendly and we did enjoy the dogs."

"My husband and I were guests at Bottlenose for 3 nights in December 2009. Our stay was most pleasant due to the very accommodating and friendly hosts Sera and Fanie. We will most certainly book another stay with them when we come back to South Africa possibly Dec 2010. Can recommend Bottlenose to anyone. Many thanks"
