Please check Rates before requesting a quote (Weekend rates may differ from advertised rates) Chart Manor Cottage and Bachelor flat now has full DSTV premium.Chart Manor consists of two separate self contained dwellings, a Cottage and a Bachelor Flat in Salt Rock on the picturesque Dolphin Coast/Ballito area of KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. The cottage has SEA and Breaker and the Bachelor Flat has limited sea view and are a mere 100m from the fully netted and life guarded bathing beach. There are also a LOCKUP GARAGES and A SWIMING POOL.The Cottage sleeps four and a fifth person can be accommodated on a good quality fold up bed. It consists of two large bedrooms. The main bedroom is on suite with a dressing room and has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and is serviced by a second bathroom. (with shower) There is an open-plan fully appointed kitchen with microwave oven and all other appliances with a breakfast nook and lounge area with DSTV PREMIUM PACKAGE ON HD flat screen TV and DVD/CD player, All rooms lead onto a large covered patio with SEA VIEWS. There is also a LOCKUP GARAGE. All rooms are equipped with overhead fans. There is a fenced in courtyard braai area with concrete table and benches. The Bachelor Flat has an open-plan configuration with a fully appointed kitchen with a four-plate hob, microwave oven and other appliances. The bedroom has a double bed, There is a sleeper couch for ONE small child, the lounge has a flat screen HD TV with DSTV PREMIUM PACKAGE and DVD/CD player and a separate bathroom consisting of hand basin, toilet and shower. The unit leads onto a covered patio with limited sea views. The apartment is also equipped with an overhead fan. There is a braai area off the patio and a LOCKUP GARAGE. All visitors to Chart Manor comment on how clean and well kept the facilities and gardens are, and the owners take pride in providing a facility everyone can enjoy.Right of admission reserved.No end of year holidays for student/matriculates will be accepted.Minimum stay In the Cottage 3 Nights and minimum stay in the Bachelor Flat 2 nights.

The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil, pot pan and the other that you would need to whip-up any dish. The secure single garage is a great addition to any holiday accommodation. Ian is friendly and helpful. The main beach is a 2 minute walk from Chart Manor and Ballito beach is only a 5 minute drive away. We will be back."
