The Beach House
This Mediterranean styled house is situated less than 150 meters from the beach in KwaZulu-Natal's North Coast. Zululand's world renowned Game and Marine Reserves are between two and three hours drive to the North.The Beach House offers old fashioned home-style hospitality and rooms including a Premium suite, which has its own en-suite Jacuzzi and dressing room. Rooms have overhead fans. One off street parking space is provided per suite. The Beach House is animal and child friendly however we are not kennels nor do we have boarding facilities for animals. Our breakfasts, are truly special and weather permitting, are served alongside the pool on the sundeck. Breakfast is served as fresh as possible with local organic ingredients, perfect for a holistic and healthy lifestyle. Nature lovers can enjoy whale watching in-season from the deck. there is a beverage station and large commercial fridge available for guests useThe Beach House is within walking distance from the beach which is a fantastic snorkeling and scuba-diving spot. Nearby are a host of restaurants, markets and shops. It is located just 15 minutes from King Shaka International Airport, 40 minutes from Durban, 25 minutes from Umhlanga and centrally located for numerous North Coast golf courses.

"DISAPPOINTMENT"
16 October 2017"The pool was dirty, although it was to cold to swim just looking at it was not pleasant. The Lady and Son were very helpful, the Man was very abrupt. They should also try to cater for Vegetarian's at breakfast . Will not recommend to my friends or go back. Left a day early, could not stay one more night. Felt like and intruder."

24 February 2015"<p>Location was outstanding - 2 minutes walk to restaurants and the beach, close access to the N2. Had a wonderful view and enjoyed watching the dolphins from our balcony. The owners were very friendly but unintrusive and the home made cheese cake that we tasted while sitting on the patio was sublime!</p><p>Our room was a bit small but there are other rooms available that appear to be very spacious and given that we were out and about most of the time, it was not an issue.</p><p>I would certainly recommend the Beach House and will be back!</p>"
