Villa LApparita is nestled in a magnificent indigenous garden and a mere stroll away from the Salt Rock Beach on the Northern Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. We offer a stylish guest house which pleasantly surprises with charming and thoughtful detail.
Each luxuriously furnished suite has a private entrance, a private patio with garden views, a full en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, tea and coffee-making facilities, a bar fridge, satellite TV and Wi-Fi Internet access. The KwaZulu-Natal North Coast is well-known for its warm sub-tropical climate, wealth of marine life and rich African history. Salt Rock itself is named after the activity of King Shaka's handmaidens who used to collect dried salt off the rocks at low tide for trade with the passing settlers. Today the area boasts a host of attractions and activities.
Stroll along one of the beautiful protected beaches and take a swim in the warm Indian Ocean. Enjoy some excellent shore fishing, charter a boat for a deep sea experience or just to view the famed bottlenose dolphins at play. Take in a round of golf on one of the many world-class golf courses in the area. For the adventurous, there are quad bike trails, zip line trails and microlight flights. Visit the Umgeni Bird Park, Natal Sharks Board, the Moses Mabhida Stadium, uShaka Marine World or one of the many Zulu cultural sites or game reserves nearby.
