Wild Fig Cottage

Situated in the quiet and leafy seaside resort of Salt Rock along the North Coast, Wild Fig Cottage is sheltered between huge Natal mahogany and wild fig trees. From the wooden deck bird life is abundant but also bush babies and fruit eating bats, and monkeys are some of our other wild visitors.

The cottage sleeps five guests in two bedrooms and on a sleeper couch in the lounge. The unit is well air-conditioned and has ceiling fans as well as TV with DStv. The fully equipped kitchen contains a dishwasher and a microwave oven among other essential items such as a washing machine. Please bring your own towels and beach towels unless visiting from overseas.

Enjoy warm summer evenings around the braai amidst this sheltered and fruitful paradise. The property is well fenced and under-cover parking is provided.

Highlights include the short, few minute's walk from the beach, renowned for its reef snorkelling, great swell and several rock pools. The famous Zululand Game Reserves and World Heritage Site of St Lucia are within easy driving distance from Salt Rock.
