"Lovely little villa centrally located on the Estate close to hotel.<div>Ideal for a family of 4 (2 adults/2 children).</div><div><br /></div><div>Minor issue at check-in where Reception had not been informed of booking, but this was efficiently resolved within 15 minutes.</div><div><br /></div><div>Villa itself is in good condition - minor maintenance issues but nothing that will spoil your holiday.</div><div><br /></div><div>San Lameer estate is just great for a relaxing (or active!) holiday !</div>"

"My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa 2001. The unit is very small but it was just right for a family of 4 (2 small kids). The unit gets no sun however the kids' bedroom gets a little sun in the afternoons hence it is a cold unit. There is an AC installed though which when used takes away the chill. It is well equipped and very clean. The cleaning lady came everyday and paid attention to detail. We encountered a small issue with hot water, which was very well attended to and resolved. The owner is very accessible and responds to messages promptly. The estate itself is stunning. We all enjoyed our stay.<br />"

"We booked for 7 nights and only stayed 1 night and will never go there again!! On arrival wet towels that had been washed were lying on our patio furniture (the towels later vanished so we are unsure for which unit they were intended). The unit was standing closed with the tumble dryer running with another load of washing, this appears to be a regular incident, as the<span style="line-height: 1.5;">unit had an unbearable damp and mouldy smell to it that did not improve. The window in the sitting room could not be opened as it was hanging from one hinge. The air conditioner did not work and the washing machine / dryer's door was broken and was kept in place with a dining room chair. Several cockroaches were sharing the unit with us and to top it all off the dstv didnt work. We tried contacting the owner but he did not answer his phone, and after spending a sleepless night in a unit that was stuffy and extremely hot we packed up and left. This is not the type of living standards we would want to spend a week in!!</span>"
