San Lameer Villa 2414 is a lovely self-catering villa located in the secure and popular San Lameer estate. The unit can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and it has 2 bathrooms. The unit is privately located with no major roads running in the front or back of the unit.

The unit comes fully equipped with its own washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Our guests are also treated to the full Dstv Premium package. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other 2 rooms share a bathroom which has a shower. There are 2 air-conditioners in the unit, one in the main bedroom and the other in the living area. There are also roof fans in two of the bedrooms. Bed linen are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a microwave, stove, oven, fridge-freezer and cutlery crockery. The lounge area offers comfortable seating in includes a LED TV with the selected DStv Package. The TV room is adjacent to the patio which has a built-in braai with an outside bar fridge.

The villa also has covered parking for your vehicle. Please bear in mind that this is a non-smoking unit. The villa is conveniently located, within walking distance to many leisure and sports facilities. The security controlled estate offers beach access, swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, golf, MBT trail, a childrens' playground, and bird watching just to mention a few of the facilities available within San Lameer.

"The unit is old and attempts have been made to unsuccessfully upgrade it . The main bedroom and bathroom are all in one space with no screening or privacy. The cupboards have been poorly constructed and the finishes mismatched. More worryingly the electrical connection is illegal and dangerous.There are many steps in the unit with no handrails and as they are of the same colour they are unsighted and 2 members of our party had fallsThe patio outside has an unlit, small and dirty braaiThere is no paved walkway to the unit and access is up a grass bank.This unit is badly in need of proper upgrading and is therefore overpriced .Photos of the above can be supplied if needed"

"We had a lovely time at villa 2414, we enjoyed our stay from day one until our departure. Our Villa was homely cosy and welcoming .The surrounding nature was amazing and the facilities at the resort made our holiday perfect. We had a lovely supper at the restaurant and enjoyed the "beach bite" as well. We would like to thank Werner for being so dilligent and hospitable . We will certainly come back , Regards Ofelia Kotnik"
