"Place not in good condition.<br/>Cupboards doors in kitchen broken and drawers difficult to open.<br/>Shower door broken , if you shower water stream onto the floor.<br/>Shower head loose , fall down all the time , have to hold it in hand to shower."

"We agree with the previous reviewer; the apartment was in a bad state to the point where it was unpleasant to stay inside the apartment. We realized it was about making money, not about making guests comfortable.<br/><br/>Clearly it has been furnished with the aim to spend as little as possible; broken drying racks, cheap mattrasses, the toilet did not flush properly, shower could not be adjusted, broken hinges etc. Not one knife that actually serves its purpose, and we had to ask the neighbours for a can opener. <br/><br/>You can debate about taste regarding interior design, but we could not find any taste in this place. It is much too expensive for what you get. <br/><br/>The cleaning lady tried her best, but the owner's attitude matched the state of the apartment. <br/><br/>We do not recommend this place to anybody, and we are usually rather easy going.<br/><br/>"

"We arrived to broken furniture and DSTV that was not working, and that was just to start with! All in all an extremely disappointing stay for the amount charged. Unit not very well maintained and definitely not worth the amount charged, even in peak season. <br/>My advice - look for another unit as you will most definitely find something better maintained at a much better rate."
