San Lameer Villa 3402

San Lameer Villa 3402 is located on the San Lameer Estate which is South Africas own tropical paradise and has something to offer the whole family, with direct access onto two magnificent Blue Flag beaches. The climate of San Lameer is pleasantly sub-tropical, with cool breezes from the Indian Ocean, and is the dream holiday location for golfers, beach-lovers and families.

San Lameer is a 169-hectare nature conservancy, landscaped with 620 privately-owned luxury villas surrounding the challenging 18-hole, professional golf course, a world-class hotel and spa. There are also two swimming pools, a Lagoon Side Bar and Restaurant Grill, tennis and squash courts, and many other activities available.

San Lameer Villa 3402 is well-situated between the beach and the hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a pond with fish and birdlife. This air-conditioned villa comprises two bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and covered patio. The upstairs bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom contains twin beds that can be made up together as a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. Linen and bath towels are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. The comfortable lounge area includes a flat screen TV with a full DSTV bouquet linked to TV in main bedroom. Lovely covered patio with a built in braai overlooks a small dam.

Should you wish to play golf during your stay, you can make a booking with the San Lameer Country Club prior to arrival. We also have a two-seater golf cart that is available to hire for an additional fee.

"We had a wonderful stay in San Lameer. Villa 3402 is clean, spacious and well maintained. The villa is located close to the San Lameer beach access gate, so you don't need to get into your car - even with children who don't want to walk far! My boys also enjoyed the DSTV explorer bouquet! The bathrooms are a little outdated , howeve, they were spotless. Trixie did a great job of keep our villa clean, without being in our space. We will definitely be back!"

"My husband and I had the most awesome time in San Lameer. The unit is MASSIVE, right by the lake, close to the beach, fully equipped, safe, clean and down-right awesome. I did several road runs in the estate and visited the amazing Spa. It was very close to Ramsgate and Wild Coast which we visited while on our holiday. I would completely give our experience 11 out of 10 and we will definitely be back!!"
