Villa 10903 San Lameer

Villa 10903 San Lameer is a luxury self-catering villa that is ideally situated on the San Lameer Estate, which is a sought-after golf estate resort that has direct access onto two Blue Flag beaches.

The villa can accommodate up to six guests and comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, and a patio. The first and second bedrooms each contain a king-size beds and the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed. There is also a study that can be used to accommodate an infant on request.

There are three bathrooms, two containing showers and the third containing a shower and a bath. The villa also features a guest toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and the living area leads through glass sliding doors onto the patio which features a six-seater dining table and chairs. The patio also features sun loungers and a private splash pool as well as gas braai facilities, and a garage parking is provided for guests' use.

"We stayed at villa 10903 San Lameer for 2 nights. Its a really nicely designed house with 3 levels, the garage being the bottom level. The interior is decorated tastefully with lovely wicker furniture. The beds are very very comfortable with lovely linen. I had the nicest 2 sleeps I've had in a long time, also knowing that my family were completely safe in the secure estate. And the villa is in a quiet area.<div>The kitchen has such lovely cutlery and crockery. . thank you Alwanda for trusting us with all your special things!! I LOVED the Siemens dish washer.. such a treat! And , of course, Tharlita was an absolute gem cleaning up after us in such a professional quiet manner.</div><div>The only off putting thing was the exterior is looking very run down so our first impression was not a good one. In fact San Lameer in general is looking rather run down, which is such a pity, it could be so nice (the golf course is absolutely beautiful).</div><div>We had a meal one of the evenings at the estates hotel.. at their restaurant. The decor needs a major uplift and because of this I wasn't expecting great food, but was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and well presented.</div><div>Overall we had a great stay. . Thank you!</div>"
