9 Fifth Avenue

9 Fifth Avenue is located in Sandbaai, which is close to both Hermanus and Onrus. It is located very close to the ocean, a popular fishing spot and rock pools that are great for exploring.

This large house has four bedrooms which are individually decorated. The Champagne Room has a double bed with a comfortable seating area and an open en-suite shower. This room comes with complimentary champagne. The Fifties Movie Room has twin beds and a sliding door onto the garden. This room comes with complementary popcorn. The Harbour Room has a double bed with a TV. This room comes with complimentary entry into the New Harbor. The Play Room has twin beds as well as a double bunk that can either be made with Spiderman or princess bedding. The room has a TV with a DVD player. There is a punching bag and foosball table as well. The house has four electric blankets. There is also a double garage for clients.

The house has a fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a hob and oven, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner and a a broom cupboard. Crockery, pots, cutlery, wine glasses, a blender, a deep frier, a magimix and a coffee filter are also provided. Refuse bags, dish cloths, dishwashing liquid and more are provided for cleaning.

The house has a large entertainment area with a built-in braai and a pool table that can convert into a 10-seater dining room table. An Xbox Kinect with games, a DVD player and a small Hi-Fi are great for indoor entertainment. The TV has all the connections for DStv, however guests are required to bring their own decoder and smart card. There are also two adult-strength push scooters, French boules, table tennis and a dart board. There is a pay-or-replace wine bar with affordable white and red wines.

This area offers many activities for the whole family. During whale season the bay is filled with mothers calving their young and provides a magnificent sight for all. Hermanus Golf Course is around 10 minutes away. For more nature based activities guests can travel to Gansbaai for shark cage diving or enjoy some fishing or hiking.
