Welcome to Pepper Tree Cottage, a Pet friendly, charming self-catering holiday cottage nestled in the breathtaking surroundings of Sandbaai, just 5 km from Hermanus. Offering spectacular mountain views and an idyllic location, our cottage is the perfect choice for a memorable getaway.
Conveniently situated just 300 metres from the beach and rock pools, as well as the picturesque cliff path that takes you on a scenic walk to Onrus and beyond, Pepper Tree Cottage provides a delightful escape for all nature enthusiasts. With two tastefully decorated bedrooms, featuring comfortable double and single beds, and a double sleeper couch in the lounge, our cottage can accommodate up to six guests. The main bedroom boasts an en-suite shower, toilet, and wash basin, while a full family bathroom ensures utmost convenience for all. Bed linen, duvets, blankets, and towels are provided, and the beds are equipped with electric blankets to keep you warm during the cooler winter months.
Our cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven and hob, washing machine, and fridge-freezer. Relax in the cozy lounge with a blazing fireplace, and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with DSTV Family Channels. The patio doors open up to a delightful sunroom, deck, and garden, where you can bask in the sunshine and appreciate the tranquility. Ample patio furniture is available in the extensive gardens, along with convenient braai facilities. The garden itself is fully enclosed, ensuring a safe and secure environment, with an electronic entrance gate for easy access. Additionally, a double garage is attached to the house for your convenience.
We understand the importance of staying connected, which is why we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the cottage, so you can always stay in touch with loved ones or catch up on work when needed.
Our rates are from R1250.00 per day (for the entire house), ensuring excellent value for money. Please note that a minimum stay of two days is required.

Cancellation Policy:
At Pepper Tree Cottage, we strive to provide a hassle-free experience. In the event that your plans change, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- For cancellations made between 21 and 28 days before the scheduled arrival, a 25% deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellations made between 14 and 21 days before the scheduled arrival will result in a 50% forfeiture of the deposit.
- For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the scheduled arrival, a 75% forfeiture of the deposit will apply.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date will result in the full deposit forfeited.
