Unwind in this magnificent seafront Guesthouse right on the edge of the ocean, providing breathtaking views of the sea. The beautifully designed and elegantly decorated house has an open plan lounge and dining area upstairs, which leads onto a wrap-around balcony with 180 degree sea views. This is the ideal spot for whale watching or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine. The downstairs sitting room opens out onto the enclosed, solar heated pool and patio area, ideal to soak up the sun. A delicious breakfast is offered, with a different menu every day to suit all dietary requirements. Each of the 5 elegantly furnished en suite bedrooms has beautiful furnishings with excellent quality linens. All the suites have underfloor heating, flat screen TV with satellite channels, and tea /coffee stations. An indoor and outdoor wood burning fireplace, wireless internet access throughout the home and secure parking ensure that Shores Edge is your home away from home. Children under 3 years stay free. Children 3 to 12 years sharing a room with their parents, can be accommodated downstairs in the Protea and Sugarbush Rooms at a small surcharge.

    "It was an awesome, albeit too short a stay. Service and host were amazing, breakfasts were SO delicious...it was a home away from home...and in total luxury! We will definately be back!"

    "For me, the majority of the stay was excellent. Even though our room was at the back of the house, we had a small balcony where we could see (and hear) the ocean from the king size bed.It was a nice touch when we got back in the evening to find our beds had hot water bottles. Electric blanket would have been nice.Bathroom just about the right size with a nice spacey shower.Breakfast was great and there was a wide selection. Service was top notch. Lee Ann and her staff are extremly efficient and very friendly. The only thing I did not like was the way the DSTV was setup. Same channels in all rooms. If you wanted to change channel, you would need to go to the sitting room to change the channel and only if no one else is watching in their room or in the sitting room."
