• "Serenity"

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Its a wonderful and serene place to be. It served its purpose of self-introspection because it's very quiet and the staff are friendly. The gym, however, could be improved.

Establishment Response:

Dear Elizabeth.,

We are super delighted that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you loved almost everything about our Hotel.

We have noted your comment on the gym, our gym is a mini gym. • "Worst experience ever"

    17 November 2019

"I enjoyed my 2night stay until on Sunday when I was checking out, my boyfriend had dye on his hair so the stains were left in the pillows and linen but we both knew that they come off and we told the lady(Promise) who was on duty that day that they will come off, she refused to listen to us and said we have to take the linen as they cant use it anymore, she took the deposit which was R800 that I put out as deposit on Friday when we check inn, and add R753 wich she said thats what the linen and pillows cost, so I basically paid R1553 for linen and pillows. I then pass by Pick and Pay to buy Skip powder soap as I use Sundlight powder soap at home and go home wich is in Rooderpoort from Sandton to Rooderpjust to go wash the linen the stains came off and i drove back to Sandton showed her she checked and confirmed with the house keeper that the indeed cane off and she just said we will pay back your money, no apology nothing she was very rude and arrogant."
