Atlantic Dream is a luxury villa situated on a long stretch of white sandy beach, with a spectacular mountain backdrop, in Scarborough, a premiere Atlantic seaboard suburb and conservation village of Cape Town. The villa offers four en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to eight people, swimming pool with child and pet safety net, games room with table tennis, pool table, and darts. It has an open plan upstairs lounge with sea views, fireplace, DStv, DVD and USB system, leading to open plan dining room. Downstairs lounge, two kitchens, including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer and microwave oven, a large secure walled garden, large upstairs wooden sunbathing deck with mountain and sea views, ample parking for four cars and electronic gates with security system.

The villa has a full backup electricity system to ensure 24 hour a day 365 days a year electricity supply.

The villa is rented to only one party at a time, ensuring privacy and a sense of country peace. All finishes are to the highest standards and percale linen and rich soft towels are standard throughout.
