  • "The access to the beach"

    18 July 2018

"The bathrooms are a old and could do with an upgrade. The upstairs shower curtain is very old and grubby."

  • "Spring work away in Scarborough"

    26 September 2017

"We stayed at Cape Cottage for a work away week out of town. It was the perfect space, the right amount of comfortable and cosy, with everything we needed for a few days working "off the grid". The lounge had a nice desk space and the deck was lovely to hang out on and read. The main bedroom had lovely bedding and we slept so well. The wifi worked like a dream and we took our own Apple TV along and had no problems. Daily walks on the beach with our dog and lots of fresh air was the cherry on top, restoration achieved. We'll definitely be back for another stay."

  • "Lovely"

    19 May 2015

"We had a lovely stay.<div><br /></div><div>The good: The cottage is ideally located, close to the ocean. The cottage features a great deck in the front for relaxing, and a cosy little outside area for having a barbecue. You will find all you need in the house (except for a plunger!). The owners also encourage recycling, which is wonderful.<div><br /></div><div>The not-so-good: If four people stay there, it can be quite noisy because of the creaky wooden floors upstairs. But that's really the only negative.</div></div><div><br /></div><div>Overall, we enjoyed it a great deal!</div>"
