Beautiful views.</p><p>Aircon in main bedroom not working.</p><p>Leaking water from the aircons on outside braai area as well as tiled entrance is a real safety risk - one can easily slip and fall.</p><p>For the asking rate of this flat, one would prefer to be informed that renovations were in progress in this apartment block before the booking was done.</p><p>Patio furniture not in good condition.</p>"
