A Studo Bed and Breakfast

A Studo Bed and Breakfast is conveniently situated in the southern suburb of Pietermaritzburg, Scottsville. This bed and breakfast is located close to a park where guests can enjoy long walks and explore the area.

There are six beautifully decorated bedrooms, each offering TVs, air-conditioners, tea and coffee, and en-suite bathrooms. The lounge area where guests get to socialise with other guests and there is a lush garden where children are allowed to play. Guests are welcome to enjoy the fenced swimming pool during summer.

The bed and breakfast is set close to the university, malls, schools, supermarket, Oribi Airport, Golden Horse and it is a 5-minute drive to town.

"Stayed over for two nights. Wasn't a very pleasant stay. Pool was dirty, so was their kitchen. I have hayfever so i start sneezing as soon as there's dust around, and couldn't stop sneezing in my room. Second night there was a power outage, which admit was not their fault, but all we were given was a mini lamp, while our room was invaded by mosquitos ! Breakfast was also unsatisfactory- all the guests did not finish theirs too. Lastly, the establishment has no security measures put in place, so it is completely unsafe."

"We had a lovely time here and would definitely come again. Breakfast was delicious and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were homey, clean and inviting."

"I found the room very clean with everything I needed and the staff I met were very pleasant. Two small niggles, however: the only tea provided was rooibos which I hate - thank God I always carry an 'in case' pack with 5 Roses and coffee. There was no soap on the basin and a very second-hand-looking shower gel on the floor of the shower."

"I had to pay the balance in cash. No where was this stipulated.There were no wall plugs.The flat screen tv was placed on the vanity slab.No fresh towels every day.The room was hopelessly over furnished."
