Big Bay Beach House

This large and comfortable home offers a great get away for friends or the whole family.
Big Bay is one of the limited properties on the beach side of the railway line, and one of the best fishing beaches on the South Coast and with 180 degree seafront views from the house and a vast terrace.

The house has six bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room.
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a stove, two fridges, freezer, microwave, cutlery and crockery.
The living area has a TV with a DVD player and Hi-Fi, and there is a DStv connection, but you will need to bring your own smart card.
A separate room in the garage has been fashioned as a laundry, fitted with a washing machine and tumble-dryer.

One can even enjoy the view of the regular dolphins and whales while splashing in the swimming pool.
The house is situated only 20 m from the beach, giving you access to the private beachfront.
An alarm system and laser beams are fitted and linked to a security company providing 24-hour armed response.

"A Good Family House For A Holiday"

"This House is Great for a big family, it has all the amenities you need for a large family including the children , I enjoyed the fact that they had plastic cups and plates for them and bonus a dish washer! There is a large veranda with plenty tables and chairs and built in braai we spent most of our time outside enjoying the fabulous view of the ocean with easy access to the beach , just a few steps off the lawn onto the beach ... perfect ! We did however have a incident on our first night with an attempted burglary, the house does have garden beams which did alert us and security came to check when security left about an hour later they attempted a second time to break through the window in the front of the house , the garden beams did not go off the second time which means they where possibly still in the yard ? The front of the house has no burglar bars which made this a easy access, we where fortunate enough to hear the noise while they where trying to remove the window , We saw them at the window and they ran to the back yard onto the beach this is when the beam broke and activated the alarm.. We recommend burglar bars all around the front of the house for added security! We did enjoy the rest of our weekend."
