Toilet paper was given to the client, left in front of his door, we do not supply soap or shampoo as we are self-catering.</div><div><br /></div><div>No refund is considered should a client depart early without consulting management.</div><div><br /></div><div>We encourage guests to communicate with management to give them a chance to resolve any problems.</div></div><div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div></div>"

  "Wir hatten fr 4 Nchte gebucht, aber nach 2 Nchten sind wir getrmt! Das Haus wird nach Aussage des Betreibers renoviert. Wir hatten ein Zimmer, welches wohl einmalig ist. Die Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken in einem, war nur durch eine spanische Wand im Zimmer abgeteilt. Der Spiegel, welcher unter der Dusche angebracht ist, war blind. Der Boden, von diesem "Unikum" ("Bad") war mit einer Gummiplatte ausgelegt. Der Ablfter ohne. Funktion, dadurch Fuboden immer na. Im Zimmer keine Sitzgelegenheit. Auerhalb des Zimmers und im Vorgarten berall Hundehaare und Hundekot. Es erfolgt keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Der Besitzer des Gstehauses ist sehr freundlich und auch hilfsbereit und versucht, sein bestes zu geben."

  "Our room at Albany House was lovely. It is within walking distance from the shops and restaurants and about five to 10 minutes' drive from the V&A Waterfront. Barrie is a friendly, handsome man and was always available to answer questions. I would definitely book here again!"

We had no problems at all to leave our valuables in our roomThe owner was very accommodating and assisted us way beyond expectations.The room was very clean and tidy and very well appointed.
