The Loft is a comfortable one-bedroom en-suite with kitchenette, balcony and magnificent views of ocean and mountain. The room furnished with a king-size or twin beds made up with crisp white linen, a TV and a DVD player as well as seating for two in the bedroom and on the balcony. The modern bathroom has a shower only. A small but well-equipped kitchenette is situated next to entrance.
Located within a secure complex a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shops of cosmopolitan Sea Point and its promenade. Centrally situated within the city, top attractions like V and A Waterfront, cable car and Clifton, Camps Bay beaches are all within 5 to 15 min drive away. The Winelands are approximately 40 to 60 minutes away and the airport 25 minutes.
Situated high up on the aptly named Ocean View Drive, Armia offers great views of the ocean and elegant sweep of Lions Head, whether youre lounging around in bed, relaxing on your rattan chairs or sipping sundowners on your balcony, you could only be in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

25 June 2010"We stayed in The Loft apartment which was an excellent studio apartment.Very modern and well presented.Our only complaint would be the lack of cooking facilities when it is advertised as a self catering apartment.However that said the apartment is ideally located in Sea Point, close to the Green Point Stadium if you are watching football.The views from the apartment were stunning, you wake up to seeing the Atlantic Ocean.We would recommend this establishment to anyone wanting ... more"
