"I was not Happy with Gary's attitude He was quit rude And needs to change his attitude He came to us not explaining why we were not I. The Bellevue guesthouse but in an apartment quiet far up He came I. With a attitude Told me it is upmarket and also that Chadd Le Closs Has a place there That had nothing to do with us He should have told us from the booking day that we would not stay in The house we saw on the website but In An apartment Very arrogant Does not know how to speak to people who have paid It was as if we stayed for free in a upmarket apartment as he called it I am very annoyed at the way he spoke To me he seemed like a racist so No I will not book with You again Though the apartment was OK but just the fact that it is misleading"

"The apartment was lovely and spacious . The rooms all clean and neat. There were just a couple of things that I feel could be improved, the dstv did not work. There is no toaster in the kitchen and no cloth or sponge for the dishes, I know it is self catering but usually there is a sponge to wash dishes with. Besides those things our stay was comfortable. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat that had enough space. Flat is not modern but is clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Friendly and accommodating Owner and staff. Easy walk to restaurants and promenade"

"Venue is a lovely old home, comfortable and good value for money. Have stayed here about fives times before. Has all you need. The only thing I would enjoy is a filter coffeemachine !!"

"I will definitely make it my Capetown home. The house is clean and peaceful. Its close to all the big roads and restaurants'. Gary, the owner was very helpful with 'tour guide" tips. The breakfast was the BEST!!! No regrets whatsoever, and I will recommend it to my friends and family."

"We enjoyed our stay at Bellevue Manor but they need to give attention to their service - we had to ask for toilet paper, they never turned the sheets and we used 4 days on a towel before it was replaced. There is no MNet as advertised, no blow dryer in the room as advertised and do not ask for a warm breakfast the cook cannot fry eggs! The continental breakfast was good, friendly owner and staff parking is a problem but they did accommodate our trailer. Other than that the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Cheap accommodation - you get what you pay for."
