  "We had easy access to transport, shops, coffee shops and restaurants, the V&A Waterfront and central CT. Our room was an adequate size, small bathroom and good-sized kitchen, fully equipped. However, with no basics supplied, other than tea and coffee, it was easier to eat out than to get supplies in for a short 5-night stay. We had no view from our room. We looked onto a small pretty courtyard. Upstairs rooms would have had a nicer outlook. Breakfast on order, and tea, coffee, cooldrinks, beer and snacks available. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and Jeanette went out of her way to help us locate places to eat and the best transport to use."

  "Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. The guest house is tastefully decorated and the room was clean and serviced. A really good spread served for breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff who made us feel welcome and were always attentive. Parking is a little challenging because of the steep, narrow road and busy traffic. A good location for getting around Cape Town."

The guesthouse itself is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach and many other amenities. Our host, Mokhele was very friendly and helpful. I'd recommend Leeuwenzee to anyone."

The guest house is beautifully decorated and maintained, the staff are friendly, professional and efficient, especially Daniel, the breakfast was superb. It's centrally situated, close to most major attractions, shops and restaurants, and the ocean. I would definitely recommend this guest house to anyone, unreservedly!"
