"The 24hr reception was helpful since I had booked a late flight which was then delayed. So I wasn't worried about check-in. Friendly staff at reception and always willing to assist. The room was clean, the view was beautiful and for the price I paid, it was worth it. Though it would be great if they added a mini bar fridge to keep refreshments chilled and maybe a microwave for that simple snack since the restaurant closes at 10."

"It was a cold night in Cape Town and the hotel cou7ld not provide us with a blanket!! We were told that there were no blankets. I was re3ally dissapointed because i would exp[ect that you knw how cold the area is and do your best to make sure your guests are happy. Left a very unhappy guest and we could not sleeep with the aircon on because my husband will wake up sick"
