Situated in the heart of Sea Point, within walking distance to the bustling Main road and the beach front promenade. Spectacular view of Lion's Head and Signal Hill. Ideal location for those who want be close to the hustle and bustle of city life and beautiful scenery and beaches.The house features fourteen unique rooms, with double, single or twin bed options. Each room has a bar fridge, a desk and chair or a table and two chairs, a LCD TV and the whole house has free WiFi and DSTV access. Full DSTV is only in the Public areas. Most rooms have an en suite bathroom and all guests are invited to make use of the communal areas such as front lounge, kitchen and dining area and the splash pool and barbeque facilities.

02 January 2015"I didn't enjoy my stay at the Lodge. Although the staff was very pleasant when I got there, the place isn't suitable for holiday makers, I think it's okay as a student lodge or maybe hostel. I didn't know it was also a student lodge. The shower was in awful shape and didn't look like it was cleaned prior to my arrival. The pillows inside the pillowcases are disgusting with drool marks. The other guests were making noise in the morning etc. Also they don't clean or make the bed daily which is something I expected I guess. For the amount I paid I expected more."
