  "My family and I enjoyed our stay. I liked that the beach was right across the road. we had a blast. Perhaps the trellidors should be greased or something, the were a bit difficult to open, especiall the one in the main bedroom."

  "The unit had everything we needed for a short stay and enjoyed the comfortable beds and close proximity to the beach. <br/>We had noisy young neighbours who kept us awake the one night so would recommend an overall rule whereby noise is not permitted after 10pm!<br/>We would definitely like to return!<br/><br/>Establishment Response:<br/><br/>Thank you for your nice review Mary-Ann.   "The accommodation is adequate but take your own pillows as the ones supplied are rock hard. The kitchen is not well equipped as advertised as there was no breadboard, no sharp knives and no whisk. The unit is also further from the swimming beaches than implied on the site. The cleanliness also left a lot to be desired as the cleaning is superficial at best. Fans and anything above waist height does not seem to be cleaned. <br/><br/>Establishment Response:<br/><br/>I am really sorry the pillows are hard I hate hard pillows. They have just been renewed by the letting agent on my instructions so I will have a look myself.<br/>I will also check the kitchen as there definitely should be a bread board, the other items I will make sure I add.<br/>With regard to cleanliness I will be consulting with the letting agents.<br/>Thank you for bringing this to my attention I am particularly sorry about the pillows as I suspect they were quite costly.   "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the flat is lovely,clean and well appointed. It was quiet and restful. Just right for a family break, and the block was well run. Lovely braais at night."

  "Apartment is very well situated and is very convenient, unfortunately the apartment needs a fair bit of TLC, and be prepared for an extremely noisy stay on weekends, there were other tenants playing extremely loud music till 3 three in the morning blocking out any chance of hearing the sea or getting sleep, with no one to contact or knowing anyone we could only wait it out, and again many people having small parties late into the night, do not expect a peaceful weekend away. But umdloti is still an amazing place to visit."

  "The place was neat and cozy. Just needed toilet paper supplies and we had to request for a pot that was missing. I think cleaning services should be included everyday. Overall I liked the place. I would prefer 2 bathrooms though. An extra comfy couch can be replaced by the 2 uncomfortable chairs in the lounge."
