Villa Royale 2

Villa Royale 2 is a spacious and beautiful ground-floor apartment, situated in a secure complex on Colwyn Drive in Sheffield. The apartment offers spectacular ocean views from its patio and all the bedrooms. The air-conditioned apartment comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and the second and third bedrooms each contain twin single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided.The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. The comfortable lounge area includes a TV with WIFI access. A lock-up garage is provided, and there is also limited visitor parking in the complex. Parking is not suitable for large vehicles. The complex offers a communal braai and swimming pool area. We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's. All adults are required to supply a copy of their ID for security purposes 24 hours prior to occupation.
