Guests do need to be aware that 30 Villa Sering is located within a complex in which the Body Corporate does implement a noise restriction policy after 10 pm. The complex, therefore, is more suited to families or people wanting a nice quiet break. Shellys beach is a shell collector's paradise, so put your feet up and relax as the hordes of beautiful shells wash up on the shore.
