Oceans 1101 no 11
This unit is part of a complex consisting of 12 units and is on the second floor. It is ideal for family holidays. Not suitable for 6 adults. We are situated close to the Shelley Centre in Shelley Beach and has direct access to the beach. The unit has a master bedroom with one double bed and two additional bedrooms each with two single beds.
Is has two bathrooms both with showers and one bath in the master bathroom which is en-suite. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for six people. There is a spacious living room with a TV and DSTV will be activated for your stay. The living room and master bedroom leads on to a spacious balcony with a great view of the Indian Ocean.
There is one lock up garage, and guest parking for one additional car. there is a swimming pool on the property. One set of linen will be provided for each bed, but no towels will be provided.

Some minor maintenance requires taking care off e.g. beds & beddings need an upgrade-it's very uncomfortable, no additional blankets for cold nights, microwave start button doesn't work, iron keeps messing clothing with very rusty water, light bulb was not working in 1 bedroom, bathrooms did not have a first roll of toilet paper for arrival... Apartment has nice access to the beach, nice amount of good cutlery and crockery, garden and view are very lovely, secure property."

14 October 2010"Our stay was great. Oceans 1101 unit 10 is very well equipped and it felt as though we were at home away from home. The unit, as well as the complex, is neat and clean and is everything you would like in a holiday home. Security was 100% and you also have a lock up garage. Access to the beach was just down a pathway and the complex was very close to Shelly Center. The pool was also well maintained. I would definitely recommend Oceans 1101 to everyone. Thanks for a great stay."
