Shelly Caravan Park

Shelly Caravan Park is a peaceful campsite in the countryside, just five minutes away from the ocean. Situated in the beautiful Shelly Beach, this is an ideal place for a family holiday.

There are 36 campsites situated on a flat grassed area. All of the campsites have braai facilities and plug points with 220 volt electricity. There are clean and neat ablution facilities with 10 showers and two baths. There is a one-bedroom cabin that sleeps two adults and one child. It has self-catering facilities and makes use of the campsites' ablution facilities.

The campsite has a recreation hall with a TV, table tennis, a pool table and darts. There is a small dam where guests can catch bass, row boats or enjoy some time on canoes. There is a swimming pool for summer as well as a large covered braai area.

"No towels, broken bed, no hot water, takes 1 hour to eventually have Luke warm water, place is filthy and not cleaned. Will definitely not be going back."

"I often go away with my little Yorkie, and really struggle to find suitable accommodation....<div>Well my search is over - I have discovered an absolute gem which is Pugwash Cabin, at Shelly Caravan Park.</div><div><br /></div><div>Absolutely everything I could need was catered for. The Cabin is small, but so cozy, for example, though there was no Dressing Table in the bedroom, there is a handy shelf & mirror in the bathroom.</div>"

"We loved our stay at Shelly Caravan Park at Pugwash Cottage so much that we extended oour stay by an extra night. The setting is so peaceful and serene! The amenities are well-cared for and I would recommend the place to campers and caravaners as well. The pool was sparkling clean and the boma/braai area under the pogoda was well-maintained. We have decided to make it at least an annual pilgrimage, not least because the tilapia in the pond were very obliging, allowing themselves to be caught and released by myself and my deliriously happy 8 year old daughter. The cottage itself was well stocked with the usual SC bits and pieces, and very comfortable. It's quite small, so really only suitable for small families. We will be back!"
