Summer Place 16 is a lovely ground-floor apartment situated in a secure complex, in Shelly Beach. It is only a stones throw from the swimming beach.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms of which the main is en suite, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and laundry facilities, and a spacious living area with a TV and DStv channels. All linen is provided, but bring your own bath- and beach towels.
Guests can relax on the sunny patio area with outdoor furniture, overlooking the garden. Secure parking is provided on the premises. There is a swimming pool, a braai area and a jungle gym in the complex.

17 December 2015"Well equipped unit with excellent security. Ground floor unit with secured access to lawn, swimming pool and beach ideal to handle small children and toddlers. Well situated with respect to facilities offered by adjoining Uvongo and Margate. Close to major shopping centres and restaurant facilities."
