  "The scenery and location is perfect. The staff is super friendly and you have access to shops and restaurants. An ideal place for couples and for those visiting for the scenic part of Pretoria. Really a money worth venue"

  "Kamma Frans exceedex our expectations! We celebrated our 20th anniversary by long walks up the hillside & around the equestrian area, long chats by the fireside, leisurely breakfasts on our patio & exploring the venue where artistry & attention to detail makes every room a masterpiece & every view photogenic. Wemadefull use of the ommon kitchen & dini g room & theWoolies down the street so we didn't even have to eat out. We want to tell all our friends about this quaint & homey place!"

  "The atmosphere of the room and the garden was lovely and tranquil. perhaps we were lucky in that were no other rooms occupied in our section of the garden. the bed was comfortable and the linen was perfect. Privacy was not great, as staff take the path past your picture windows to the dining room, which is a pity as it is lovely to have a cup of tea in bed whilst admiring the view and listening to the birds. I'd have enjoyed another couple of tea bags so I could have more than one cup of tea. Quality of what was provided on the tea tray was excellent. what a lovely place to stay! it's unique and good value."

  "We waited 15 min to get in at the gate with no answer on telecom or cellphone. Overall poor attention to detail - there were no extra blankets, only 2 cups (for 3 people), no plug for the basin and the water was not hot in the shower. We could also hear every word of the people in the room next door. The room was satisfactory but not luxurious as advertised. We were supposed to have a room with 2 single beds and a queen bed, but were changed to a room for only 3 people without being asked - despite paying for the room that sleeps 4. The pictures online of the room that we booked and what the actual room looked like were very different."

  "On arrival my wait at the gate was too long waiting for it to be opened. Reception was poor. Area is not kept neat grass is long. The lady took me to my room and that was that in terms of contact. TV is as small as a computer screen and the DSTV is so limited I was struggling to find a channel that works . Power was also off for a while and nobody came to give an update on the situation. In the shower the water outlet was loose and troubled ones feet and the shampoo holder is falling out of its brackets. I was kept company by the spider in the corner of the shower whom has over a period made it his home as the web was already spun . At the evening I had to fetch a file from my vehicle and as I went there it was so dark i could not see where to walk.I fell over for the ground was uneven and the stairs differed in size. The morning when I had to leave I could not find anyone to say goodbye or to complain to so I just left. This was definitely a stay that I do not want to remember unfortunately."

  "I was extremely disappointed. The room was very small and ice cold, It was actually warmer outside than inside the room. There is a small wall heater that I left on for the entire time that I was there but it didn't help at all. The pictures on the website are very misleading. I would rate this guest house as a 2 star place because I've stayed in a lot of guesthouses and know how the rating system works."
